What StreamMatrix is

StreamMatrix is a viewing tool that lets you watch multiple live streams from third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) at the same time using each platform's official embed. The viewer is free to use without an account; a paid Pro tier with additional features may be offered separately. We do not host, restream, or modify the underlying video.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use StreamMatrix. If you are under your local age of digital consent, do not use the service. By using StreamMatrix you confirm you meet this requirement.

Third-party platforms

All streams and chats you watch through StreamMatrix are governed by the terms of service of the platform that hosts them. By using StreamMatrix you agree to also comply with:

• Twitch Terms of Service
• YouTube Terms of Service
• Kick Terms of Service

We have no control over content on those platforms. If a stream is removed, geo-restricted, or its embedding is disabled, the tile in our grid will fail to load and there is nothing we can do about it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use StreamMatrix to violate any law or anyone's rights
• Attempt to bypass the rate limits, terms, or technical restrictions of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any other underlying platform
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to extract video or chat content from the embeds for redistribution
• Interfere with the service, our infrastructure, or other users' access to it
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to load streams in ways that would not be considered normal human use

We reserve the right to block access from clients we believe are abusing the service, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

The StreamMatrix name, logo, and the original code, design, and content of streammatrix.streamare owned by us. You don't acquire any rights to them by using the service.

All video, chat, and creator content shown through StreamMatrix belongs to the streamers and platforms that host it. We claim no rights over that content. Your locally-saved layout (the list of streams + grid preset stored in your browser) belongs to you.

No warranty

StreamMatrix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The third-party platforms we embed may change their APIs or embedding policies at any time, which can break parts of the service without notice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamMatrix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangibles arising from your use of the service. For any claim arising out of these terms or the service, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ten US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or any platform's terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StreamMatrix at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have breached these terms. You can stop using the service at any time — there is no account to close, just close the tab. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
