How to watch multiple live streams at once

What is a multistream viewer?
A multistream viewer is a tool for watching several live streams at the same time. StreamMatrix loads each stream in the streaming platform's official embed, arranged in a grid you can rearrange and resize. Nothing is restreamed or recorded — every viewer count, ad, and chat session stays on the source platform.
How do I watch multiple Twitch streams at the same time?
Open StreamMatrix, paste a Twitch URL like twitch.tv/yourchannel into the bar at the top, and the stream drops into the grid. Repeat with up to five more URLs (Twitch, YouTube, or Kick) to fill out a 2x2 or 2x3 layout. Drag tiles to rearrange or click the focus button to pin one stream large with the rest stacked alongside.
Can I combine Twitch, YouTube, and Kick on one screen?
Yes. StreamMatrix is platform-agnostic — Twitch, YouTube live videos, and Kick channels can all sit in the same grid simultaneously. Each tile uses the matching platform's embed player, so chat, ads, and login state behave exactly as they do on the source site.
Is StreamMatrix free?
Yes. The current product is free to use without an account. Your layout is saved to your browser's localStorage so it comes back next time you open the site. A paid Pro tier with cloud-saved layouts, shareable URLs, larger grids, and additional themes is in development but not yet available.
Do I need an account?
No. StreamMatrix doesn't require sign-up to watch streams. You log into Twitch, YouTube, or Kick the same way you would on those sites — through the embed itself if you want to chat or hit a follower-only stream.
How many streams can I watch at once?
Up to six live streams in a single grid. Layouts are 1x1 (one stream big), 2x1 (two side by side), 2x2 (four streams), or 2x3 / 3x2 (six streams in a wide or tall layout).
Does StreamMatrix work on mobile?
Mobile gets a landing page with a 'best on desktop' note. The multi-stream grid is built for wide screens — pinch-zooming six tiles on a phone is a poor experience, so on phones we direct you to open the site on a laptop or desktop browser.
Will my Twitch / YouTube / Kick subscription work?
Yes. The embeds use each platform's official player, which respects your existing login state in the same browser. If you're signed into Twitch, your subscriptions, chat badges, and ad-free experience all carry over. Same for YouTube Premium and Kick.
Can I watch chats from multiple streams?
Yes. Toggle the chat panel on the right side of the screen and you'll see a collapsible chat per active stream — Twitch, YouTube live chat, and Kick popout chat all supported. Hide individual chats to give the others more vertical space.
How is StreamMatrix different from MultiTwitch or TwitchTheater?
MultiTwitch and similar tools are Twitch-only. StreamMatrix supports Twitch, YouTube, and Kick in the same grid, so you can watch a YouTube esports broadcast alongside two Twitch player POVs and a Kick co-stream simultaneously.
